1 Membership – Multiple users

I am looking into Membership plugins to try to find away to setup a members area for some training material. The problem is that there will be different levels of training that will suit different roles. Each of these levels will have a different cost, so far fairly easy! But I need it so that a company can setup and account and then create a training package for their employee’s so for example they would create an account and sign up 20 users for training level 1, 10 users for training level 2 and 5 users for training level 3. This would all be paid for by the ‘Master’ account and then each individual user would then create their own login ID’s. I have been playing around with ‘Paid membership pro’ but it doesn’t appear to be able to do what I need. Does anyone have any suggestions? I am fairly new to ww.wp.xz.cn and have only recently moved over from WordPress.com so please be gentle with me.
