We can’t offer support for finding original strings or the settings you need to enter to translate a specific piece of text in a plugin or theme you’re using.
You’ll need to find the original string in the plugin or theme code. You can check the FAQ (https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/say-what/faq/) or this article (http://plugins.leewillis.co.uk/doc_post/replacing-wordpress-strings-context/) for some examples of what you’re looking for.
Alternatively, the Pro version of the plugin provides a String Discovery mode which means you can search for strings on your site via autocomplete suggestions:

hi @leewillis77
I have advised with Dokan about this issue and they have showed that the text-domain (for string “additional information”) is woocommerce as seen here: https://snipboard.io/1cgS8u.jpg
However, putting woocommerce as the text-domain is not working.
Is this a bug?
Using that information to set up a replacement works fine, there’s no bug here. Check that the strings are entered exactly as they are in the WooCommerce code and everything should work fine.
