100 post deleted now help?

    I lost my 100 post from my blog and i don’t have backup of that posts…
    My blog have now only 20 post left only.. now all search engines traffic goes to 404 error page.main problem is suddenly my new posts are not index by Google what to do ?
    how to remove that deleted posts from google ?
