    i am having issues with css since i started using 10web.

    My site does not load css on mobile (often) and sometimes (like today) on a pc/laptop browser.

    i put it in test mode and problem was gone….so its def 10web plugin….going to have to remove 10web if issue cant be fixed

    its in test mode at the moment as we have ads running and cant have people turning up to a site thats not loading.


    Please advise.

    didn’t realize there were different modes…i have put it into Strong mode and it seems to be better….will come back with update.

    what is the extreme mode do?

    Hi @irishhombre ,
    Thank you for contacting us.

    As the Strong mode solved the issue, this means the issue was related to Critical CSS which was being generated for the website. With Strong mode Critical CSS is not generated.

    its happening again….

    …i put the setting down to “Balanced” and it worked fine for a few days…

    …now i have set it to “Standard” and it working again…

    …seems to be a caching issue with the plugin for mobile views.

    If it happens again i will have to remove the plugin….we have ads running and if users land at a site to see issues like this we lose customers.

    My apologies for the caused inconvenience.

    May I please ask to test it with “Aggregate CSS” option disabled from Settings section of 10Web Dashboard?

    it happened again…..

    i cant access the above feature, advanced settings are blanked out…..assuming its a pro option.

    as i was about to deactivate the plugin i tried it in test mode, it worked fine then….

    if you cant help me resolve this i have no option but to remove the plugin.

    i updated the plugin and was able to deactivate the Aggregate CSS section… lets see how it goes.
