Hi normski,
From which version have you updated?
Are you sure you’ve got PHP 5.3 or higher?
If you don’t know how to diagnose your blank screen issue, you can send us your ftp credentials to [email protected] and our support staff will help you.
Many thanks Marcin.
I discovered that I was able to access my site from another computer and, on clearing the cache in the first computer was able to access it on it as well. I went through the process of deactivating and reactivating plugins and found the problem lay with a plug which allows users to embed Articulate content into wordpress. I have now deactivated and everything seems to work well.
Thanks again for your help.
Normski
Yes. It is a very strange one but I guess conflicts can arise between any two plugins…
The only issue that I have now is the one which LOLROB reported yesterday – when you click add to cart is there is a message that says “product added to cart” with a link to the cart but after a few seconds the message disappears.
In 1.10.4 the message persisted allowing customers to click to view their carts.
Can that be restored?
Normski
it’s expected behaviour that was for some reason changed few versions ago.
It would reuquire core changes unfortunately to make it working as you expect unfortunately
So – how might one add a ‘view cart’ button to the page?
you can simply hardcode it or add to menu “cart” link or add “cart” widget to sidebar
