1146 Error: Table doesn’t exist upon activating Code Snippets plugin

I noticed an error when activating Code Snippets plugin on a brand new site:

Table 'useraf513b52-wp-QZ7IenGF.wp_2462de5122_snippets' doesn't exist

I am using WordPress 5.4.1 running Twenty Twenty theme.
