    Hi dear wordpress community.
    I wish to know the difference between hosting a WordPress site with a hosting organisation and having a website in shared server such as GoDaddy or 1&1 IONOS?

    SOS DASHBORD RESTORATION – Hi all,

    Access to my dashboard on mampserver is denied after setting my All in one wp security. Tried everything, including renaming plugins.

    I did many UpDraftPlus safeguards: one before the security settings and one after. How can I restore my UpDraftPlus safeguard, the one previous to the security settings?

    Hi,

    Issue not resolved. Here is a recap.

    I am on localhost with mama-server.
    After setting wp all in one security, I got locked out of my Dashboard.
    I got in touch with UpdraftPlus support for retrieval of the safeguard previous to security setting. The advice given in terms of renaming the plugins didn’t work and so, UpdraftPlus redirected me to WordPress.

    The question is how do I retrieve access to my dashboard after my security setting barred me out of under construction web site which is still on localhost?
