  • Hi @mbsharp,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

We have identified that the issue originates from the source-channels.json file. The issue has been addressed, and we would truly appreciate it if you could delete the file from /wp-content/uploads/wp-statistics/ in a few hours so that the new file can be replaced automatically.

As an immediate solution, you can also manually download the updated source-channels.json file from our GitHub repository here and place it in the following directory:
    /wp-content/uploads/wp-statistics/.

Thank you for your understanding and patience!

    Regards,
    Matthew

Thank you for your speedy response. The new json file is much smaller (41KB v 147KB). I have installed it x3 anyway and cleared the error logs.

We are glad to be of help!

Should you need further assistance or have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re always here to help!

    Regards,
    Matthew
