Hi, reviewing your plugin as a potential buyer.

Small feedback about the language used to describe your refund policy. You state in the short description:

“Our 100% No-Risk Money Back Guarantee!

All our products are under a 14-day money-back guarantee. So, you have the option to get a full refund on your purchase. Enjoy the convenience and peace of mind of knowing you can return your purchase. Learn More!

Upon reading the terms and conditions, I can see this excludes change of mind. Nothing wrong with that specifically, but I think that most readers would infer a “100% No-Risk Money Back Guarantee” to include change of mind. I can understand why you don’t allow refunds for change of mind but I think the language chosen here is likely to cause confusion.

By comparison here is the language used by a competing plugin vendor with a very similar policy:

“If our plugin doesn’t work as promised, you’re backed by our 14-day refund policy to request your money back.”

This makes it clearer that in general the refund policy only applies if the plugin is defective.

Just some friendly feedback since as a potential buyer as the current phrasing comes across poorly.
