• It is fine when there is a trial involved – as long as the company let’s people know up front. I went through the whole process of downloading and reading and filling out their site’s registration and THEN found out there is a 14-day trial and then $49 per month. I just felt tricked and deceived. LET FOLKS KNOW UP FRONT SO THEY CAN DECIDE.

  • Hey ladySaint… I am sorry you felt tricked. PayWhirl is actually free if you don’t want the pro version with 1% processing. We do give you the ability to upgrade to pro during your initial registration, and offer a 14 day trial if you do, but you can click the “no thanks” button to skip the payment form if you’d like to try it out. This allows you to kick the tires and see if you like PayWhirl before upgrading. I am sorry that was confusing, i’ll see if we can make it clearer for others.
