Hi,
I am sorry for the inconvenience.
Will it be feasible for you to link me to your activity page where I can see it. I might have some idea. I haven’t seen this issue earlier.
So, need to check a bit.
Thank you

Thank you for the screenshot.
Most probably an issue with the path of the media. If possible, Please right click over it, and then open image in new tab link and post me the url after your site url(no need to share site url).
Thank you.
Yes, when I try to Right-click > Open image in new tab. My page just say “Page not found, Error 404”.
The link after my site url was “wp-content/uploads/mediapress/members/3/45006/image-150×150.jpg”
Thank you.
Once more question, when you use ftp and check this folder
wp-content/uploads/mediapress/members/3/45006/
How many files do you see there? If possible, Please list them.
And last question:- Is normal WordPress uploads working fine?
Thank you
Ok, bro.
I’ve try upload once again/
And this is screenshot from File Manager.

And Yes, have something wrong with my WordPress media thumbnail, images upload with Media Library have no thumbnail, too.
Thank you for the screenshot.
It seems that the images uploaded on an earlier date has the other sizes generated but not for the images uploaded today.
Is there a chance that you have moved to this hosting setup recently? The most probable reason seems that PHP GD is not installed or enabled.
Please check and make sure you have GD module enabled. That should solve it.

Brajesh
Yah! I was right! I’ve move my site to Google Cloud from 30th August.
I’ll find the way to enable it.
Thank you!

Hi,
Thank you. I have seen the details. Please edit your reply and remove your url and also the phpinfo file. It should not be exposed for security reasons.
If you upload an image from WordPress media uploader, Is the thumbnail being created now?
Regards
Brajesh
Hi bro,
It’s still the same , no thumbnail being created in Media Library.
(More infomation, I tried install apache2 to my server yesterday, but it make my site go wrong because Bitnami have Apache shipped in the stack. So I have to back it to original apache. )
Hola my friend, I fixed it finally.
It was there all the time, the Plugin named WP Performance Pack. It make all thumbnail file were gone (cached I think).
Really appreciate your help.
Thanks alot.!!!
Hi,
Thank you for sharing the details. It makes sense now. I was wondering why it did not work even after GD install. Now, I know π
