1.9.3 header.php

    With the update to 1.9.3. I have text shown on location I don’t want. The heading of the page is shown between logo and top-menu. I think this is coming from the new (?) fallback menu in the header.php:

    'fallback_cb'	  =>  'responsive_fallback_menu',

    This happened to me as well. I found a quick fix by commenting out the following text in \js\responsive-scripts.js:

    .prepend('<div id="responsive_current_menu_item">'+t+"</div>");

    I’m not sure if this affects anything else, as I’ve been using WordPress for about a week now. Hope this helps!

    Oh, I just deleted this line in header.php:

    'fallback_cb'	  =>  'responsive_fallback_menu',

    Sorry, just found out that removing
    'fallback_cb' => 'responsive_fallback_menu',
    will delete the menu on iPhone.

    I downgraded back to 1.9.1 again, this works for my.

    My solution was to modify the wp_nav_menu which had the ‘theme_location’ => ‘header-menu’ by removing ‘fallback_cb’ => ‘responsive_fallback_menu’ and then adding in an ‘exclude’ => ‘$my IDs I want to exclude$’.
