My first attempt to create a back up for KatyBlinds.com/new failed.

I tried backing up using the Other Options > Change Functionality as suggested in other posts. I get the same results. Here is the backup report

    Hi @kman1801

Do you know what’s the estimated size of your site?
It fails in quite unusual stage i.e. during file scan.

I doubt you have such low request limit (below 30 seconds).
So, I’d bet on file amount that couldn’t be processed in time.

    What’s your host?

Yeah it’s interesting. Bluehost is the hosting company.
BM is looking to backup 730MB and that seems high. There is not much to the site and few images.

    I get a this warning

    2021-04-18_12-09-59

The WP Clone zip files are only about 60MB

    Hi @kman1801

We had few issues with Bluehost already, the good thing is that almost all cases ended up successfully.

Do you have a chance to upgrade your PHP?
Currently you are on 5.6 which is quite old.
Update to 7.4/7.3 is quite safe in most of cases, you can always downgrade.

Please also send me sizes from first section (plugin settings).
Maybe WP Clone backups takes the space, you can exclude them in the same place.

Let me know if backup without files can finish the process (only database).

I’ll check if the issue may be related to unstable beta version.
    Thank you!

Okay great! I removed most of the old WPClone backups and was able to do three backups; 1) database only 2) all files without themes or plugins 3) all files with themes (no plugins).

For this site, I cannot upgrade php without moving hosts because GoDaddy sucks. We’ll deal with that later.

    Hi @kman1801

Correct the backup with pluigin fails – does not even appear to scan.
Without the plugins i can get a back up, though when I try to download it now i get this

    2021-04-20_16-18-27

I am unable to use the Pro plugin on this site, didn’t realize it requires PHP 7.

Not really wild about any of this, WPClone worked so well I donated to help create the Pro plugin.

I posted the screenshot though the backups did download and I see them in the restore tab.

The WPClone plugin doesn’t seem to work at all on this site now.

    Hi @kman1801

WPClone is a bit outdated and may be unstable.
But the new version shouldn’t have issues with it.

Could you let me check it out?
If so please contact us via this email: [ support (at) backupbliss dot com ]

If try to find errors during plugins backup and when it hangs up.

    Thank you!
