Importing Zip files makes always create new tables even if tables already exist with same file name as previously.

    Thanks

    Hi!

Thanks for your post and sorry for the trouble!

This is indeed a bug, but fortunately, it’s only in the user interface, which doesn’t allow choosing the “Replace” option in this case.

A fix will be in the next release of TablePress. However, there’s no fixed date for that yet, so that you could also fix this on your site already. For that, please replace the contents of the file
    /wp-content/tablepress/admin/js/build/import.js
with the contents from this download: https://pastebin.com/dl/AV0TS2MU

After that (and maybe force-reloading the “Import” screen, to clear the browser cache), you should be able to again choose “Replace” when importing a ZIP file.

    Regards,
    Tobias

    Best wishes,
    Tobias
