Player is now NOT displaying correctly with my theme and layouts I’ve created around it, and won’t let me edit in Elementor. Had to disable. IS there a fix coming? Anyone else having this issue?

  • Hello @julianbeip,

Thanks for letting us know you are seeing an issue. We are looking into this item now and will have a resolution shortly. If you would like, please contact us in Castos Support via [email protected] so we can get additional information from you about your site.

We too have had to disable this plugin as it was causing a Fatal error looks like a conflict with the DIVI Theme? – we tried rolling back the theme version but that didn’t work — the issue was resolved by rolling back to version 2.4.2 of the plugin….

Hi @swagit thank you for the message and the heads up on the error message you’re seeing. Our team is working on a plugin update to resolve this now and ought to have something ready in the form of a plugin update here shortly. Will be in touch once that’s out and we’ve verified that it resolves the issue you’re seeing.

Thanks Craig! No panic… BTW, really have to say what a solid plugin this really is – There’s a lot going on ‘under the hood’ and it really delivers! It has been so steady we have almost forgotten about it… – barry
