- A copy of your System Status Report: You can find this under WooCommerce → Status → Get system report. Please paste the contents at https://pastebin.com or https://gist.github.com and share the link here.
- Relevant log entries from the failed transactions: These can be found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs. Select the most recent log for woocommerce-square from the dropdown and click “View”. If you can identify logs from the failed transactions, please paste them into Pastebin or Gist as well.
- Let us know if your customers reported any specific error message on their end (e.g. “card declined”, “incorrect CVC”, etc.), or if the order simply failed without clear explanation.
Once we have that information, we’ll be better able to pinpoint the cause and suggest next steps. Looking forward to helping you sort this out!

Thanks for sharing the log and system status report. From what I can see so far, everything looks normal — the Square connection is working, and there are no signs of plugin errors or configuration issues.
If you notice more failed payment attempts, could you check if there’s any pattern? For example, is it happening with specific cards, locations, or devices? It might also be worth confirming with the users whether their cards were valid and not declined by the bank.
If you spot a relevant log entry with a createPayment request and error details, feel free to share that; it would help narrow things down further.
