2 check for gdpr

    Hi, I am using the pop-up of the hustle plugin connected however with the sendinblue service. Using the pop-up to subscribe the user to the newsletter service …. in Italy according to the GDPR, would there not be a need for a double check? 1 for reading and accepting the information on provacy and the other for agreeing to receive newsletters. But … with your plugin … I can only put one check for the GDPR.

    Hi @pdagrafica,

    I’m not a GDPR expert in any way but from what I understand, a requirement of two checkboxes is only needed if there are other actions done with the submission.
    For example, if you’re only subscribing to a newsletter a consent to that is needed, however, if the form is used for both registration and subscription then it requires checkbox for each one.

    Note again that this is my opinion based on things I could find, and I would suggest contacting a professional or a lawyer to get exact information about this.
