2 columns with 2 groups

I am interested in having 2 groups side by side that are different sizes. I am wanting to have 1 column that rotates 150×600 ads and then another to the right side of it that rotates 2 rows of 150×300 ads. I can stack them but can’t seem to determine how to have them next to each other?
