    No, indeed there is no option, unless you do custom PHP coding. I assume you ask about Featured Image.

    People normally just put different text with CSS over the picture. All textual properties of pictures, like caption, alt, title, etc. are enabled to be multilingual by default and normally can be placed over the picture with CSS manipulation if desired.

    Pictures themselves are not considered multilingual. The language of art is universal 🙂
