2 Factor Auth email not getting sent

    Hi
    Thanks for the awesome plugin.
    I am experiencing email sending issues. Only the first verification email was sent. No other email is getting sent for 2 factor authentication. I did verify by clicking the link received on the first email.
    Could you please help. I would really appreciate if you can get back to me.
