The only way I can think of is by categorizing your stores and then using the category filter in the shortcode to display locations in one or the other country, take a look at this article in the documentation. That should work, otherwise get back to us and we will take a look.

Yes, I have already categorized the stores. That works perfectly when I have them on separate pages. But for some reason, when I put them on the same page, it doesn’t work. I don’t know if the scripts are clashing or what.

Ops, sorry, my mistake. I didn’t realize you were having both maps in the exact same URL. I’m afraid that is not possible, there can only be one instance of the google map itself in the same URL. You can have the category dropdown or checkboxes, though, so the users can choose what country they want their results to belong to.
In a future release there will be the possibility to trigger a search automatically when the category changes, so it will be even more straightforward because it will not be necessary to hit the “Search” button when changing categories.
