2 Menu Issues

Hello forumers !!
FIRST MENU ISSUE
I have some troubles when I’m organising my menus.
The first thing I wanna do is to:

I have in the menu the option Metallica, Iron Maiden, Nivrana, and from Metallica drops the tour dates. So what I need is to make a dropdown when I click in Metallica. In the menu just have to appear the bands, anc when clicking, the tour dates. How I do ??

SECOND ISSUE
In PAGES, when I edit one, I can make it without sidebars. That’s ok. Now comes the funny part.
I declared 3 menus: Video, Audio and Demo, but in all pages which menus are not disabled, appears the 3 sidebars, Video Audio and Demo.
What I need is to, in the page Audios, put the sidebar Audios. In page videos, put sidebar Videos, and just one sidebar for page.
How could I do ?
