2 Possible Improvements

Hello, thank you for the great plugin.

I notice 2 problems that, if solved, can greatly improve the plugin.

1) It is impossible to change the icons once selected in the block.

2) When the page loads, very often icons appear first as big text labels. Then, when loaded, change to icons. And that time gap is quite big at times.
