1. You could add the following to the YOUR Custom CSS field to resize it to 24×24 for example:
.bio-icon { width: 24px!important; height: 24px!important; }

2. Add the following to the SMARTPHONES Custom CSS field in the plugin settings to hide on smartphones:
#sexy-author-bio { display: none!important; }
