1: How i can set up if one partener make one order to aply atumoat the discount % on the cart. right now i see that he must to put the affiliate code on the fild “If you have a coupon code, please apply it below.” It’s not posible to aply automat ?!

Yes, the coupon code can be automatically applied via referral URLs. Just make sure you have the option enabled.

2: if the partener will give the referal link to another person, there will be posible that the partener customer to have a discount also ? For example, one partener have 25% discount and if another customer will buy a product under him referal link he will have a discount of 10% ?!

Currently it is only possible to reward affiliates/partners with commission when they refer another person.
