I use Elegant Themes Divi page builder. I installed the plugin and it appears in the WYSIWYG editor, but the pop-up link doesn’t open to insert a shortcode. The helptool will pop up. just not the modal to create the shortcode.

I works fine as long as I don’t use the Divi builder (if I use the WP stock editor, it’s fine)

Well Brianol do you use it alot on the site??

For DIVI I would suggest using this plugin:

Which has a before and after image module.

I did get it working, I just created a simple draft post, created the short code and copied it into a code module in divi. super easy and works great. Will check out the plugin – thank you!
