200 email limit

my provider limit sending email to 200 per hours… event if i make batch of 25, only the first 200 person on the list get the email… and if your name is [email protected] of a 700 email…. YOU NEVER EVER receive email…. so the question is… how to setup subscribe2 to send, let’s say 100 email per hours until list of email is ALL SEND ?
