The message seems to indicate that something may have changed and some permissions may no longer be lining up. I’d like to try a couple of things to see if we can figure out what is happening here.
Would you please share a screenshot of your WooCommerce > Facebook settings page? Looking to see if everything is still in order here.
Also, would you please switch on debug logging on that page (if it isn’t already) and share the latest logs after you see this message again? You can find the logs in WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
