And also do I need these two large files. If I dont need these two is there anything else that goes with it that needs to be deleted.

Hi,
PDF_EXTENDED_TEMPLATES is not a part of our plugin.
All ttf files are font. So if you don’t require that font you can remove. But after removing ttf files it requires to change the code as it will stop the functionality of plugin as well as when you update plugin all changes will be invoked. So it needs to customize the plugin.
