    Guys this is just an honest feedback because before ‘trying’ BlogVault we did our research and also had email exchange with support who confirmed there is 24/7 support. In reality there is NO 24/7 support, our emails remain unanswered for the second day now. Furthermore, we had our first successful sync yesterday and today when we logged in our site is no longer connected to BlogVault. The site plugin confirms connection but the BlogVault confirms disconnection. We only moved here because we were looking for a reliable and professional backup & restore solution. So far both reliability and professionalism have disappointed. Could you please confirm if your website is down? Are they services still working? Can we depend on this solution for mission critical platforms? Please don’t reply with marketing/promo jargon. Just the truth.
