This is not the pro version forum nor I can provide you any help here as it’s against the guidelines of the plugin directory.
I’m sorry that you had bad time with the use of my plugin but it’s not right to ask a plugin not-working unless developer had helped you most of the times the issue is with some other theme or plugin.
Post your question on the support forum( link below ) with the detailed description about the issue and what exactly is not working.
