    I have enabled 2FA for subscriber role, but the options do not appear at the users profile.

    I do NOT have any IP whitelisted as was the problem in another thread. Still it does not show up. What can be the problem?

    I have the pro version and it is not working for us. How can we get that resolved? The issue is rather urgent. I set it up as roles and as individuals. i also set up a secong user as a contributer and tried to login under that. It did not ask for verification

    setting are as follows

    User roles
    Always enabled for all roles except admin (grayed out, but most important ones for 2FA)
    Individual users (only admins plus contributer which was added per documentation for Two-Factor Authentication for WordPress)

    Always enabled and email field completed.

    @ericgal If you a PRO customer, please use our support desk to get support.

    Please note: before you can enable 2FA for administrators’ accounts, you have to complete one successful login with 2FA enabled for any other role on the website.
