    Hi @punchkorea, thanks for getting in touch.

    If Wordfence 2FA is displaying as “Active” on the Wordfence > Login Security page on the default “Two-Factor Authentication” tab, the top panel states “Wordfence two-factor authentication is currently active on your account. You may deactivate it by clicking the button below.

    Do you see the panel stating the above text and just no white and blue “DEACTIVATE” button below it or something else? You can post screenshots to third-party sites such as Imgur/Snipboard, or upload one to your reply here on the forums.

    I got the screen below.

    My authenticator does not support QR and the code that I put in did not work.

    Ah, thanks for the screenshot @punchkorea,

    If your QR and associated code doesn’t work when manually input, I have seen some discrepancies between authenticators. If you’re using one like Authy, Google Authenticator etc. try another. That’s really to troubleshoot whether the problem exists on the server like a time offset issue or if it’s the app/device.
