I have 2fa active in ADMIN ACOCUNT. I alsow want to activate it in the SHOP MANAGER accounts. but whenever I activate it and try to login using SHOP MANAGER ACCOUNT this is the error message:
“2FA is required to be active on your account. Please contact the site administrator.”

It is already active. What does this mean?

when I try to activate, it always says

Error Activating 2FA

The code provided does not match the expected value. Please verify that the time on your authenticator device is correct and that this server’s time is correct.

but i dont have any problem with the ADMIN account. so there cant be any discrepancy on the time since the 2fA codes works on my admin acocunt

Which plugin do you use for the 2fa? You should contact its support about this.
