2fa not working

    Two-factor authentication has stopped working across all sites using WP Security Ninja. I’m unable to disable the feature—after turning it off and saving, the setting still shows as enabled. When attempting to log in, I’m taken directly to the dashboard without any 2FA prompt. I’ve also tried disabling the cache plugin and all other plugins, but the issue persists.
