2FA request for login

    Hi. I haven’t logged in to my Updraftplus account for a while and I’ve changed my phone since then. I don’t have access to the Updraftplus OTP for 2FA authentication and there doesn’t seem any other way to log in. Can anyone help? Thank you – Matt

    Hi,

    Do you still have the emergency codes available? These were shown at the time of setting up, for if/when you lose or change your device. These can be entered in place of the one-time password, and will allow you access to the account.

    If you do not have the emergency codes, please could you fill in the following form for security purposes: https://updraftplus.com/support/re-establish-identity/

    Thank you for your reply – I did have the emergency codes and have successfully logged in.
