2FA setup problems with ARMember

    We are trying to setup our 2FA for our ARMembers and subscribers to receive verification codes through SMS. We have not been able to find the correct place to set this up. We need basic help with these instructions:

    Enabling two-factor authentication:

    1. Go to the Wordfence “Login Security” page.
    2. For admins, this is on the main Wordfence menu.
    3. “For other users, this is a separate menu item with a Wordfence logo.”

    We can’t find the “other users Menu item

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Wordfence no longer supports 2FA via SMS, primarily because it is not considered secure anymore.

    The users should be able to find it on their user profile page. If you are using Woocommerce and have enabled WC support, the WC specific profile pages would be where they found the setup for 2FA.
