2nd QR Code created with free plugin does not work

Hey there, I am using the free plugin and created the first QR code and it worked great. I have my qr codes displayed here:

The QR code for Abundance Free Gift works great but the 2nd one for Breathe the World Awake is not working. On both of them I used the External URL optin.
Then in the backend with the list of QR codes only one has a download option: https://claritybreathwork.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/07/QR-Code-Admin.jpg
Does the free version of the plugin only let you create 1 QR code?

Hey @geejmauriva,

thanks for reaching out!

We don’t limit the number of QR Codes in the free version – you can create as many as you like without any limitations 🙂

Backend view:

We render the QR Codes in the admin area on “View” – if you just click “Edit” on the QR Code that hasn’t a preview and you go back to the admin view, you should see the preview.

QR Code shortcode:

Funny enough, the second QR code works just fine for me (I tried it with an iPhone).

Maybe we should adjust some settings here to make it more reliable on different devices – try to increase the “Min Version” in the QR Code settings (it’s inside the General Settings tab) and try to scan it again once the QR Code has been updated.

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly! Greatly appreciated!
Yes, when I clicked “Edit” and then went back to the admin area, now the download link and preview is showing! Awesome!

I downloaded the QR code and tested it with my iPhone and now it works great!

Re: Min Version – when I went into the General Settings tab there was no “Min Version” option – see screenshot. Maybe that’s on the pro version?

I should have mentioned that I was referring to “General Settings” while editing the QR Code, not within the settings 😅
