2SV Code screen not responding

    Hi I’m trying to login into my site via wp-admin and when I input my username and password i get this screen:

    Set up 2-step verification (2SV) code

    Choose the 2SV option you prefer.

    email

    Select Next to get verification code by email.

    Except it WILL NOT let me click next, as if the button is just broken. I click it and nothing happens. Have tried on multiple devices, different IP’s. Please help.

    Our plugin never shows that message / text. Can you please share a screenshot of this notification so we can double check it?
