• Once you set a page to have active conditions, if you don’t have another page with active conditions for the page and you remove the theme template e.g for Archives, it will still retain the template you just removed and doesn’t revert back to the theme default.

Also with the theme builder I’m having an issue where I delete something but it still stays visible in the elementor page builder but not in the live preview.

Edit: Also because the theme builder seems to load as some kind of overlay, trying to refresh the builder beccause some element breaks while you’re building (e.g Set No Gap and you lose the ability to edit any column inside the container) just brings you back to the page you were on before. (Save as draft creates the draft url to refresh to though)

Edit: I’m trying to place related products but it keeps deleting itself for some reason when I refresh, it has also moved position randomly a few times.

  • Hi,

Thank you for reporting this to us

    1. Our dev team are aware of this issue, and working on a fix.

    2. If you try regenerating the CSS by going to Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS, does it solve this issue?

3+4 May you elaborate on this issue? it would be best if you could send some screenshots here with an example, so we can understand them better.

I have the same “issue where I delete something but it still stays visible in the elementor page builder but not in the live preview.”

Meaning, in Elementor, I can delete an element (for example, a Heading), but it will not go away. Clicking Update will indeed remove it from the live frontend page, but I need to refresh the Elementor page builder for the element to go away. And sometimes it doesn’t even go away then. (though Regenerate CSS seems to work.)
