Hello,
We are unable to reproduce this issue, and so far, you are the first user to report it in our new Lite version.
Could you please try the following steps first?
- Reinstall the plugin
- Uninstall wpDataTables, then reinstall it.
- Clear the cache on your site.
- In rare cases, a permission issue on your hosting server may prevent the plugin update from correctly writing all files to FTP and/or the database. Let us know if this helps.
- Check if the issue is specific to the front end
- Are the tables loading correctly in the back end (WP-Admin), while only the front-end page with the table crashes or doesn’t work?
- If so, open your browser’s developer console, check for errors, and see if you can isolate the issue.
- Test for theme conflicts
- Try switching to a different theme to see if the issue is resolved.
- Test for plugin conflicts
- Deactivate all other plugins except for wpDataTables.
- Refresh the page where the issue occurs and check if it is resolved.
- If the issue is fixed, start reactivating plugins one by one, refreshing the page after each activation.
- Once the issue reoccurs, you will have identified the conflicting plugin.
Let us know if you’re able to isolate the issue this way.

Kind regards,
Hello @milosjovanovicwpdt Version 3.4.2.44 doesn’t display my charts, rather it breaks the page in which the chart is supposed to be displayed, and I get this error:
There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.

But when I disable the plugin, my page goes back to normal but without the chart and only the shortcode. Please help me resolve this.
Hello,
In order to investigate this further, we’ll need to remote into your site and check a few specific details.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to do that via this public forum.
So, if possible, please open a private chat on our main website:

Just look for the chat box in the bottom right corner.
