    Hi,

    To troubleshoot this issue, log into your FTP, and under wp-content/plugins, delete the relevant folder (Elementor).

    If you’re not familiar with FTP, try getting in touch with your hosting service. They will be able to either explain how to remove the folder or give you the steps to log into your FTP. After this, you will be able to upload the plugin from scratch in your WordPress dashboard.
