3 Problems with Phlox Theme

Did I offend you guys at Phlox?

I don’t really understand why I’ve tried to explain a problem to you guys, but I’ve not gotten any response.This is about 5 days now, and your support representative whose name is Monica, has promised that I will get reply, but I still haven’t gotten any reply till now.

Since your support system is not responding, and your ticket system is also not responding, I thought to bring it here, and hope that I will find reply somehow.

Please I need you to please help me fix 3 problems:

1.) My widgets are not showing on my Pages. I have a sidebar and I placed widgets there, but the Widgets are not showing when in Desktop Mode. See the screenshot–https://prnt.sc/tfrfu0

But when in Mobile Mode, you will see the Widgets. See the screenshot –https://prnt.sc/tfrggf

Please How can I fix this?

2.) I embedded a Maichimp Subscription Form, but the Subscribe Button did not show. See the screenshot– https://prntscr.com/tfrhd6

Please can you help me fix this problem?

How can I get a Mailchimp or Subscription Form to the Page?

3.) If you are Hovering the mouse, or clicking on my Menus, there’s no Hover effect.

How can I add Hover effect to my Menus?

Can you Please send me the CSS code for this? Or can you show me how to achieve this?
