System32, you have to give more details – e.g. a link to your blog – to get some help.
2. For “read more” you just have to click on the “more” button in the admin panel > Write > Write Post (above the textarea) to insert the more quicktag where you want to break the text.
1. What theme are you using? Many of them have that feature. If not, you have to add the Template_tags/the_author tag into the code of your index.php of the theme.
