3 tier menu hover

I’m creating a 3 tier menu and have a quick query

is it possible to have when you click 1st tier 2nd tier appears but when you hover on 2nd tier 3rd tier appears?

I hope thats clear

basically click to show sub-menu hover to show sub-sub-menu?
