3.0 update problem

    Updated, now web page is blank.

    I can enter Admin and all post, pages, etc. are there.

    No themes or plugins. It’s as if wp-content is not visible.

    I’ve checked all the files, [base install; no plugins or themes beyond what is provided] and can find no problems.

    Can anyone help?
