302 Redirect

    Hi there,

    This status occurs when a resource or page you’re attempting to load has been temporarily moved to a different location – via a 302 redirect. They are temporarily directing users from one location to another and are absolutely crucial for Tidio to work properly.

    Thank you for the reply. Correct me if i’m wrong, this will be temporary and there will be no more redirect after a certain period of time?

    That’s correct. We are planning to continue supporting the old widget for a bit. No ETA at the moment.
