3.1 Database Error

Haven’t added large amount of plug-ins/widgets or content in my site.
Left the site for about 2 weeks and come back to find database errors.

Selected to let WordPress repair the problems and the following problems were found:

fyp_usermeta: Table ‘comed.fyp_usermeta’ doesn’t exist
fyp_posts: Table ‘comed.fyp_posts’ doesn’t exist
fyp_comments: Table ‘comed.fyp_comments’ doesn’t exist
fyp_links: Table ‘comed.fyp_links’ doesn’t exist
fyp_options: Table ‘comed.fyp_options’ doesn’t exist
fyp_postmeta: Table ‘comed.fyp_postmeta’ doesn’t exist
fyp_terms: Table ‘comed.fyp_terms’ doesn’t exist
fyp_term_taxonomy: Table ‘comed.fyp_term_taxonomy’ doesn’t exist
fyp_term_relationships: Table ‘comed.fyp_term_relationships’ doesn’t exist
fyp_commentmeta: Table ‘comed.fyp_commentmeta’ doesn’t exist

Any ideas?
