3D file upload not working

The 3D GLB model functionality seems broken as it does not allow me to upload a 3D GLB file. It seems like a bug as it still asks me: “Choose media type” as if I hadn’t chosen anything in the media type dropdown list, even though I did choose “3D Model”.
