3D security not working

    Hi,

    I’m having an issue with the 3D security. The payment goes through successfully when this is turned off, but when 3D security is turned on I get the following error message:

    “Your authentication could not be completed because of a system error. If this happens consistently, please contact your CSR”

    Any idea what is causing the issue?

    Hi @ahooke1,

    Did you try again after the release of the latest version? We updated the PHP library being used which hopefully resolved any issues you were having.
